The money from his checks is automatically deducted by the state and loaded onto a debit card. He has picked up a second part time job (he only works part time jobs) and the child support checks have gotten smaller and smaller. Now I get nothing. Is Veterans disability payments reported as yes in block 11 skd M 1040A (Source)?
Does the IRS consider VA disability payments to be a pension or annunity for services performed as an employee of the USGovt. I need a source on this.
